Revision of First Aid unit standards

Consultation on the revision of NZQA First Aid unit standards 25459, 26551 and 26552 closed on Friday 30 September 2011.  Thank you to everybody who took part.  Consultation response was as follows:

• Fourteen unique responses were received.  Responses were from one (7%) individual tutor, ten (71%) PTEs, one (7%) School, one (7%) ITO or Peak Body and one (7%) health professional
• Thirteen respondents (93%) supported the revision of 25459, one respondent (7%) was neutral
• Thirteen respondents (93%) supported the revision of 26551, one respondent (7%) did not support
• Eleven respondents (79%) supported the revision of 26552, two respondents (14%) were neutral, one respondent (7%) did not support.

All respondent comments directly relating to the consultation questions have been considered and will inform this revision.
