Proposed Rules for Training Schemes

As part of the NZQA rules work programme, NZQA is seeking comment from tertiary education organisations on proposed Rules for Training Schemes.
A consultation document Rules for Training Schemes (PDF, 426KB) is available.
Tertiary education organisations can answer the questions in the consultation document, or provide feedback in another format of their choosing.
Responses should be emailed to NZQA at improvingperformance@nzqa.govt.nz by 28 October 2011.
The Education Amendment Act 2011 gives NZQA the power to make rules. As part of its rules work programme, NZQA will be consulting the sector on proposed rules until the end of 2012.
