Proposed rules for PTE enrolment and academic records

As part of the NZQA rules work programme, NZQA is seeking comment from private training establishments on proposed rules for PTE enrolment and academic records.
Consultation document: Consultation Proposal for Private Training Establishment Enrolment and Academic Records (PDF, 399KB).
Private training establishments can choose to answer the questions in the consultation document, or provide feedback in a format of their choosing.
Responses should be emailed to NZQA at improvingperformance@nzqa.govt.nz by 17 October 2011.
The Education Amendment Act 2011 gives NZQA the power to make rules. As part of its rules work programme, NZQA will be consulting the sector on proposed rules until the end of 2012.
