NZQA Client satisfaction survey

NZQA has contracted a research organisation to undertake a Client Satisfaction Survey on our behalf.
We are seeking client feedback on NZQA service performance across five key interactions - general communications, meetings, application processes, NZQA website and publications.
From November 2011 clients may be approached by the research organisation and asked if they would like to complete either an online or telephone questionnaire.
NZQA would appreciate you taking the time to complete this survey and provide us with feedback that will assist our understanding of current client experience and identify opportunities for improvement.
