Extended NZQA contact centre hours

Due to the high volume of calls expected about the release of NCEA results on 12 January, NZQA has extended its Contact Centre hours:
Thursday12 January: 7.30am - 6pm
Friday 13 January: 7.30am - 6pm
Saturday 14 January: 9.30am - 3.30pm.
From Monday 16 January, the Contact Centre will return to its regular hours of 8am - 5pm.
