Scholarship Premier and Top Subject Award winners for 2010

17 Feb 2011

The top performers in the 2010 NZ Scholarship examinations have been named by NZQA.

In 2010, there were nine students who received Premier Awards. Six of the Premier Award winners were among the 33 students who were awarded Top Subject Scholar Awards.

Premier Awards carry a monetary award of $10,000 each year for up to three years of tertiary study.

"Every year we see outstanding students emerge as the winners of Premier and Top Subject Scholar Awards, and 2010 has been no exception. I would like to heartily congratulate each and every student on their award, and wish them all the best for their future,” said NZQA Deputy Chief Executive Qualifications, Bali Haque.
