Rules for Training Schemes: Consultation.[link to new consultation page 1 above] Training schemes are a new category of tertiary education provision resulting from the Education Amendment Act 2011. The proposed rules cover the application approval process, requirements for maintaining approval, and generic requirements for training schemes.

The proposed rules cover the application approval process, requirements for maintaining approval, and generic requirements for training schemes.

Changes to Student Fee Protection Rules to include agents’ fees: Further consultation closes 12 October 2011. The proposed Student Fee Protection Rules will replace the current Student Fee Protection Policy, and will now include new rules requiring agents to put fees into a standard trust account.

PTE academic and enrolment records: Consultation. These proposed rules specify the academic and enrolment records PTEs must keep.
