Instructions for Reader/Writers

This circular is for Principal’s Nominees and HOD Special Needs, to ensure that anyone engaged as a reader/writer is familiar with, and follows, the procedures required by NZQA.

Please ensure that every reader, writer, and reader/writer has a copy of these instructions (DOC, 757KB) and follows them for any further internal assessments and practice examinations.  This will ensure that candidates are comfortable with these procedures when they sit NZQA examinations.

Failure to follow these procedures may result in examination papers being lost or mislaid, with consequent problems with results for candidates.
