Return of examination answer booklets or NCEA Level 3 and Scholarship Visual Arts portfolios to overseas addresses

Candidates who wish to have their examination answer booklets and/or NCEA Level 3 and Scholarship Visual Arts portfolios returned to any address outside New Zealand must apply in writing to the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) on a copy of the attached form and pay the appropriate fee by 1 March 2012.

Please distribute a copy of the form to all students who need one.

Please note:

• Answer booklets will be dispatched from February 2012.
• Portfolios will be dispatched progressively from December 2011, as marking is completed.
• This process only applies to candidates who have an overseas address recorded on the NZQA database.
