School Information Collection 2012

A summary of the information relating to your school that is currently held on New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) files has been sent to the Principal’s Nominee. 

Please check all details carefully and amend the information where necessary. It is important to provide a current email address for the Principal, as the Deputy Chief Executive Qualifications uses this email group to communicate directly with Principals on high-level policy and important operational issues. 

Return the updated school information form to NZQA by 20 February 2012 to the address on the form, which will ensure that NZQA databases can be updated as soon as possible. This is important given the extensive contact required with schools, particularly near the start of the year.

If any of the information changes during the course of the year, even on a temporary basis, please notify NZQA of the revised details.
