NQF/NCEA results

Results for NCEA are available to students online late January. Interim results notices ('interim' because a small number of results might need to be changed) are posted out a few days later. When NQF results are finalised they go on the student's Record of Achievement.

Learners are entitled to receive one free copy of their ROA, if they have gained some credits in the previous year. The ROA lists the standards and qualifications gained in the previous year. If a learner does not complete any credits one year, they will not receive a Record of Achievement.

Your NCEA can be 'endorsed' if your results are good enough. For example, you could have "NCEA Level 1 with Merit". An endorsement for a certificate gained in a previous year will be awarded if that certificate would have been eligible for endorsement at the time at which you got it.

Your Record of Achievement will show you if you have been awarded an Endorsement.

You can order additional copies of your ROA at a cost of $15 - download the application form in PDF or Word
