The Schools Liaison, Monitoring and reporting team is responsible for the Authorities interaction and relationships with schools and delivering services that will help schools assess their students effectively.
First point of contact for schools: Schools Relationship Managers
Within this team there are School Relationship Managers (SRM’s) who each have an allocated group of schools and act as the first point of contact for principals and staff responsible for dealing with NZQA. If you are interested in extending your accreditation or getting an initial accreditation scope these are the people you should get in touch with. If you belong to a Kura Kaupapa or Wharekura your contacts are likely to be; Harata Day, Alan Sorenson or Barbara Bristow.
