What documents do I need for degree approval and accreditation?

The application should address all criteria. It should also demonstrate how the applicant’s quality management system has been applied in developing the course.

The applicant must provide NZQA with:
- two nominations for each position on the evaluation panel (other than the positions of analyst and independent chair)
- contact details for each nominee (address, phone, email)
- supporting information as to how they contribute to the panel characteristics (eg summary CV)
- endorsements from relevant bodies.
The applicant will be required to provide at least ten copies of the application documents. Two of these must be submitted to NZQA, normally with the initial application. One copy must be sent to each panel member at least six weeks before the scheduled evaluation visit as advised by the NZQA-appointed analyst.
