What documents do I need for NQF accreditation?

The NQF Accreditation Application Form (see below) contains a checklist of required documents.

It is important that the application contains all required documentation so that NZQA can process it in a timely manner. If key information is missing when the application is received, it will be returned and will not be passed onto an evaluator until the required information is submitted in full.

Wherever possible, evidence should be included to support statements made in the application, eg letters of support from local industry, evidence of staff qualifications, physical resources and so on.

A letter of support from the relevant industry training organisation, if it is the standard-setting body, must be included. A copy of the organisation’s most recent quality management system should also be included.
