Record of Achievement, NCEA and other National Certificates
Record of Achievement (ROA) - request your free copy
Learners are entitled to receive one free copy of their Record of Achievement (ROA), if they have gained some credits in the previous year. You must request this ROA via the NZQA website Learner Login or by calling the NZQA Call Centre on 0800 697 296. This facility is available from 1 February to 30 June each year.
Learners are able to view their ROA online as well.

NCEA certificates
In April/May secondary school learners receive certificates for any National Certificates of Educational Achievement completed in the previous year. NCEA certificates are issued without charge and there is no need for learners to make a request.
If however, a Certificate is lost, damaged, or destroyed, learners may complete an application form for a replacement - available here in Word

- and return it with the fee of $15.
