4.6 Reporting
- Schools have an obligation to ensure the outcome of all candidate entries for internally assessed standards are reported to the New Zealand Qualifications Authority to meet published deadlines.
- Schools must report only those assessment results which have been subject to the school's internal moderation process, are complete, up-to-date and verified for accuracy.
- the New Zealand Qualifications Authority will dispatch notices to candidates showing their provisional results for NQF standards before 1 February 2010.
- the New Zealand Qualifications Authority will dispatch provisional results for Scholarship before 1 March 2010.
- the New Zealand Qualifications Authority may set alternative dates for the dispatch of result notices to candidates in extenuating circumstances.
- Result notices, Records of Achievement and certificates will be in a form determined by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority and approved by the Chief Executive.
- Certified statements of official results will be available upon written application to the New Zealand Qualifications Authority and payment of a search and confirmation fee.
