6.3.6 Scholarship: Breaches of the Rules
- The New Zealand Qualifications Authority will investigate any allegation that a candidate or any other person has been guilty of any dishonest practice or any other breach of these Rules and Procedures in connection with any qualification.
- Where a breach of the rules is proven a penalty may apply.
A candidate may appeal against a decision made by The New Zealand Qualifications Authority relating to Breaches of the Rules and Procedures
