Find information about schools
Whether you want to find out about a school before enrolling your children or want to check on the performance of a school, there are a number of places you can see information.
- If you're interested in the National Qualifications Framework statistics for previous years, you can see the National or School-specific data.
- School Directory shows subjects taught, student profile, student achievement, contact details and map location for each school.
- The Education Review Office (ERO) reviews schools and early childhood education services every three years, and publishes national reports on current education practice.
- NZQA reviews the assessment practices of secondary schools at least once every three years to ensure that assessment is valid, fair, consistent, reliable, accurate and to the national standard. The reports on these reviews are called Managing National Assessment (or MNA) Reports, and are published on this website.
