An annotated exemplar is an extract of student evidence, with a commentary, to explain key aspects of the standard. It assists teachers to make assessment judgements at the grade boundaries.

Level 1

  • AS91040 - Conduct a social inquiry (1.2)
  • AS91042 - Report on personal involvement in a social justice and human rights action (1.4)
  • AS91043 - Describe a social justice and human rights action (1.5)

Level 2

  • AS91280 - Conduct a reflective social inquiry (2.2)
  • AS91282 - Describe personal involvement in a social action related to rights and responsibilities (2.4)
  • AS91283 - Describe a social action that enables communities and/or nations to meet responsibilities and exercise rights (2.5)

Level 3

  • AS91597 - Conduct a critical social inquiry (3.2)
  • AS91599 - Examine personal involvement in a social action(s) that aims to influence policy change(s) (3.4)
  • AS91600 - Examine a campaign of social action(s) to influence policy change(s) (3.5)
