Did you gain credits on the National Qualifications Framework last year?

If you are a tertiary learner, and gained credits on the National Qualifications Framework last year, you are entitled to one free hard copy of your Record of Learning. You can request one via the Learner Login.

Remember you can view and print out your Record of Learning via the Learner Login at any time but this copy will not be an official transcript and cannot be deemed an original source document.

The online facility goes live on 15 March and orders will be mailed in late April. To receive your Record of Learning in late April, you must log your request by 9 April.

You can also purchase a copy for $15 if you:

• require a copy immediately
• have already received your free copy
• didn't gain credits on the Framework last year.

To purchase a copy, you need to fill out the application form (available here in Word or PDF ) and send with a cheque for $15.00 (made payable to: New Zealand Qualifications Authority) to:
