NZQA National Qualifications Services (NQS) has rolled over and revised the unit standard listed above, which was registered in December 1999.

 

The review of this unit standard is planned to take place during 2006.

Reason for the revision

 

In October 2005 the NZQA Board confirmed the policy that visits cannot be prescribed in relation to accreditation for Level 1 standards.  As a result, the Accreditation and Moderation Action Plan (AMAP 0104) was amended to reflect this policy and the standard has been revised accordingly.

 

Main changes resulting from the revision

 

The accreditation option on the unit standard was adjusted to match the change to AMAP 0104 set out above.
