Summary

 

These unit standards have had their expiry dates extended in line with the last date for assessments to take place for the National Certificate in Hospitality (Specialist Food and Beverage Service) (Level 4) with strands in Advanced Food Service, Advanced Beverage Service, Advanced Wine Service, and Guéridon and Silver Service [Ref: 0915].  As this qualification has been designated expiring extending the expiry dates of the unit standards will ensure that the qualification is achievable until December 2012.
