NZQA National Qualifications Services has extended the expiry date of the unit standard listed above.

Summary

 

In 2014, the Skills Organisation requested an extension of expiry date of the standard as it is compulsory in the National Certificate in Offender Management (Level 3) [Ref: 0678].  New Offender Management qualifications are currently being developed as part of the mandatory review of qualifications but programmes leading to the new qualifications may not be available until the end of 2015.

 

The extension of expiry date for the standard was requested to enable people to enrol in programmes leading to current national qualification for at least another twenty-four months.  The new expiry date of 2019 will enable people to complete what they have begun.

The expiry date was extended from 31 December 2014 to 31 December 2019.
