Summary of development/review and consultation process |
Toitū Te Waiora Community, Health, Education and Social Services Workforce Development Council reviewed the above qualifications between December 2022 and April 2023. The review included consultation with industry associations, industry, and Tertiary Education Organisations. Consultation events were held, including an online survey and small-group online meetings, all feeding into the Reference Group. Feedback was collated, analysed, and actioned. The New Zealand Diploma in Holistic Nutrition has seen no usage since it was listed in 2016. However, a Tertiary Education Organisation (TEO) has shown an interest in delivering a programme leading to the qualification. To support this, changes to this qualification were made to update to the current NZQA listing requirements. The proposed changes to the qualifications were circulated to interested parties via the Reference Group and an update published on Toitū Te Waiora website. The final drafts were supported by all interested parties. The sum of consultation has resulted in the following below. |
