Summary of development/review and consultation process |
|
Waihanga Ara Rau WDC was approached by the only provider of programmes leading to the qualification listed above, seeking a credential for Flooring Cassette Manufacturers. A technical advisory group was established in May 2023 that included representatives of the Frame and Truss Manufacturers Association (FTMA), a range of commercial businesses, and the programme provider. Online consultation meetings were held through May-June 2023. As a result, it was decided that a new Flooring Cassette Manufacture strand be added to the qualification. The draft of the reviewed/replacement qualification was advertised on the Waihanga Ara Rau WDC website and sent to the FTMA membership network for feedback. No further feedback was received through this last round of consultation. The technical advisory group fully supports the final draft of this reviewed qualification |
