Summary of development/review and consultation process |

The New Zealand Diploma in Veterinary Nursing was reviewed and replaced by the New Zealand Diploma in Veterinary Nursing (Level 6, 240 credits) [Ref: 4389]. Programme development and approval against the new qualification will not be completed until 2026. The last date of entry and last date of assessment for the replaced qualification has been extended to allow training delivery of the replaced qualification to continue in 2025 and allow part-time students to complete by the end of 2026. |
