Changes to private training establishments

Update your contact details

Tertiary education organisations can update their phone, email, fax, website, key contact, and some other details through their TEO Profile. Log on using your Education Sector Authentication and Authorisation (ESAA) user ID as password to access these details. Only users with TEO Management Representative access are able to edit these details.

Significant changes

Private training establishments are expected to notify NZQA of all significant changes to their organisations. NZQA will then assess the appropriateness of the change and how it affects the PTE’s ongoing registration. A significant change is considered to be one or more of the following:

• Change of delivery site
• Additional delivery site
• Change of management
• Change of ownership (sale of shares)
• Change of ownership (sale of assets)

Notifications must be made via the TEO Online Services.
