Portfolio Submission Dates 2009

The 2009 process for submission of portfolios for Visual Arts external standards will be different from previous years.

In previous years the submission date has been the day the portfolios were due at the assessment venue. For 2009 and onwards, the submission date will be the date that the courier collects the relevant material from the school. This will mean that all students have the same submission date and, therefore, the same deadline. Details of how this process will operate will be available to schools in the middle of 2009.

The submission dates (courier collection) for Visual Arts Portfolios for 2009 are as follows:

• level 1 Verification - 27 October
• level 2 Verification - 2 November
• level 3 and Scholarship Assessment - 11 November.

Please note:

• Portfolios submitted after these dates may not be able to be verified or assessed.
