Fields for Scholarship Visual Arts

Schools submitting entries for candidates in Scholarship Visual Arts are reminded that the fields being entered by candidates must be selected using the ‘Scholarship Visual Arts Fields’ link in the school's High Security Features on the Provider page.

This facility is only available for those schools with Visual Arts candidates entered in the Scholarship Visual Arts standard via the entry file. If the link is not shown in your High Security Features area, or a candidate is missing from the list, check your latest entry file to ensure all candidates are correctly entered.

You will only be able to indicate a field for a candidate where that candidate is also entered in the associated level 3 standard. If a required field option does not appear for a Scholarship candidate, check your latest entry file to ensure the candidate is entered in the correct level 3 standards.

Even if all your Scholarship Visual Arts candidates are only submitting work in one field, you must still confirm the field using this facility.

Schools will have until 14 September 2007 to indicate Scholarship fields on-line.
