Scholarship Music: Portfolio Submission

2 November 2007 - SC2007/007

Candidates entered for Scholarship music must take their portfolio to the examination on Wednesday 5 December and present it to the examination supervisor before the examination begins.

This Portfolio must contain:

  • written materials on A4 sized paper and, where appropriate to their submission, CD, DVD or video
  • a completed Authenticity Form signed by the candidate and teacher - a hard copy of this form was provided in circular SC2007/003
  • All of the portfolio material should be placed and sealed inside a clear plastic bag with the Authenticity Form on the outside so that the candidate name and NSN can be read.

The examination supervisor will keep the sealed bag containing the portfolio at the front of the examination room until the Scholarship Music examination has finished. Once the candidate has completed the examination paper, the supervisor must, with the candidate, place their sealed portfolio inside a second plastic bag with the completed examination paper for 93305 on top.

The portfolio will be returned to candidates at the same time as their scholarship examination papers.
