NZ Diploma in Business Statistics
NZ Diploma in Business statistics are published annually.
The data in these online results have been produced using the 'date achieved' year.
Tertiary Education Organisations are able to withdraw and resubmit results online, therefore some results that relate to previous academic years may be included in these statistics.
Note: Students are sometimes awarded more than one result for the same prescription in the same year - for example, students may have been reassessed to achieve a pass grade or a better grade of pass.
NZDipBus qualification count
The qualification count statistics show a summary of the total number of students awarded a NZDipBus. Data is broken down into type of awarding institution, gender, student age and ethnicity.
The 2007 statistics include diplomas issued by NZQA and those issued by TEOs.
From 2008, TEOs issuing their own diplomas must:
- first have reached formal agreement with NZQA, and
- formally verified results with NZQA prior to release. This agreement must be renewed annually.
For Diploma data, the year indicates when diplomas were issued by NZQA, not necessarily when they were achieved.
