Obtain a copy of your Advanced Vocational Award
You can apply for a certified statement or an academic transcript to replace an original New Zealand Certificate or New Zealand Certificate in Engineering. A certified statement verifying achievement costs $25.60. If you require an academic transcript showing subjects and grades obtained these cost $25.60 (up to stage 3) and $51.10 (all stages). Complete the application form (DOC, 255KB) and send to NZQA with the appropriate fee.
