Secondary school qualifications
Today secondary schools can offer a wide range of qualifications.
The National Certificate in Educational Achievement (NCEA) is New Zealand's main national qualification for secondary school students. (These two links take you to a website devoted to NCEA.)
Schools can also offer a wide range of specialised National Certificates that may be a starting point for further study or may simply broaden general education.
Specific information on New Zealand's secondary school qualifications (past and present) is available on the links on the sidebar.
