Appeal process for the New Zealand Certificate in Engineering
The candidate completes the NZCE appeal cover sheet documenting grounds for appeal and evidence in support of their appeal.
Evidence could include the Work Experience Log Book, letters from employers and/or professional associations, evidence from registered assessors, examples of practical experience, result notices from other examinations or unit standards.
The candidate sends the appeal (coversheet and evidence) to the:
Manager,
Tertiary Assessment and Moderation,
New Zealand Qualifications Authority,
PO Box 160,
Wellington.
The Tertiary Assessment and Moderation unit:
- acknowledges receipt of the appeal to the candidate within 5 working days and
- processes the appeal, and sends their response to the appeal to the candidate.
