Proposed expiry of Pacific Island Early Childhood Education (PIECE) unit standards

NZQA National Qualifications Services (NQS) invited feedback on the proposal to expire the following 21 Level 5 and 6 Pacific Islands Early Childhood Education (PIECE) unit standards due for review in 2017.

The standards had not had results reported in the previous five years. Feedback was sought to determine whether there was any need for these standards to be retained, or if there was any concern about the proposal to expire the standards with a last date for assessment of 31 December 2019.
