How to make a media enquiry
If you would like to make a media enquiry, please include the following information when submitting your query:
Name
Media Agency/Organisation
Contact email and telephone number
Subject
Deadline
Please submit your query to media@nzqa.govt.nz or call 027 457 5783.
Expectations
NZQA will acknowledge your query as soon as possible and aim to get you a response within a reasonable timeframe.
We usually respond to media queries within 2 working days. This depends on how detailed and complex your query is.
If your deadline is sooner than this, please advise us when you make initial contact. We will do our best to get you the information you have requested before the deadline.
Official Information Act
Sometimes it would be better to treat your query as a request under the Official Information Act.
