Statement |
Tēnā koutou ōku tīpuna. I worry for the future. We have brought devastation to our ngahere, our moana and awa. Our people are still fighting for the land we were once born to and I have lost your tongue. I fear we will continue to struggle. But I hope we can mend what you once kept in balance so that our rangatahi will nurture what you had created for us all. |
