Single sign on for digital exams & student services

7 Aug 2020

This year students will use the same login details to access their digital exam as they use to access their results and other information.

They will find everything they need via the Login Options page using the same username/email and password.  Digital practice exams start on 31 August and NCEA online exams on 16 November, with results available in January.

This single login improves the user experience by simplifying student access. In previous years, students needed to use different credentials for accessing exams from the one they use to see their results, Record of Achievement, personal details and digital exam scripts, or to apply for a review or reconsideration.

Students preparing for NCEA Online exams or accessing their Record of Achievement will need to create a new account if they don’t have one or login to check their information, change their login details or reset their password.

School leavers should update their accounts with a personal email address before they finish school.

Information on how to create an account or login was included on the NSN cards distributed to schools in July and will also be on students’ candidate information sheet and exam admission slip in October.
