| This unit standard is intended for a person working in a recreation facility. People credited with this unit standard are able to: monitor conditions in order to maintain security, comfort, enjoyment, and learning in recreation activities; maintain the environmental conditions within a recreation facility; describe hazards within a recreation facility and a practical response to them; handle complaints, enquiries, and feedback from clients in accordance with facility policy and procedures; and describe process in relation to reporting issues that impact adversely on clients, facility operation, and/or staff. | |||||||||
