Special notes
Candidates may use numerical working, words, and/or diagrams to show their reasoning. Mathematical solutions at the Excellence level will require candidates to show, mathematically, that two phenomena, concepts, or principles are connected.
Numerical answers should be given with an appropriate SI unit.
Candidates are expected to understand the prefixes milli, centi, kilo.
