Annotated Exemplars

An annotated exemplar is an extract of student evidence, with a commentary, to explain key aspects of the standard. It assists teachers to make assessment judgements at the grade boundaries.

Annotated exemplars will be developed for the remaining Korean standards below once sufficient student work has been submitted through external moderation.

Level 1

  • AS90899 - Give a spoken presentation in Korean that communicates a personal response (1.2)
  • AS90900 - Interact using spoken Korean to communicate personal information, ideas and opinions in different situations (1.3)
  • AS90902 - Write a variety of text types in Korean on areas of most immediate relevance (1.5)

Level 2 

  • AS91140 - Give a spoken presentation in Korean that communicates information, ideas and opinions (2.3)
  • AS91139 - Interact using spoken Korean to share information and justify ideas and opinions in different situations (2.2)
  • AS91142 - Write a variety of text types in Korean to convey information, ideas, and opinions in genuine contexts (2.5)

Level 3

  • AS91559 - Give a clear spoken presentation in Korean that communicates a critical response to stimulus material (3.2)
  • AS91560 - Interact clearly using spoken Korean to explore and justify varied ideas and perspectives in different situations (3.3)
  • AS91562 - Write a variety of text types in clear Korean to explore and justify varied ideas and perspectives (3.5)
