Responsibility for the unit standards referred to above, which were registered in February and August 1998, April 2000, January 2002, and September 2003, was transferred from the Design and Construction Consultants Industry Training Organisation to InfraTrain New Zealand Ltd following the merger of Design and Construction Consultants Industry Training Organisation and the New Zealand Contracting Industry Training Organisation under the new name of InfraTrain New Zealand Ltd.
The review of the unit standards is planned to take place during 2004.

Outline of main changes
The unit standards have been amended to show the new ITO responsibility and published as new versions. Unit standards that expire in December 2003 have been rolled over until December 2005. The Local Government Act 1974 was updated to the Local Government Act 2002 in affected unit standards.
Accreditation and Moderation Action Plans Ref: 0101 and 0126
The Accreditation and Moderation Action Plan [Ref: 0101] has been amended to include the standards as a result of the change in SSB responsibility.
