Responsibility for the qualification referred to above that was registered in 1999, has been transferred from the Design and Construction Consultants Industry Training Organisation to InfraTrain New Zealand following the merger of Design and Construction Consultants Industry Training Organisation and the New Zealand Contracting Industry Training Organisation under the new name of InfraTrain New Zealand.

The review of this qualification is planned to take place in December 2006

The revision reflects the review of the Business Administration, Computing and Writing unit standards.
