The ElectroTechnology Industry Training Organisation has revised the unit standards listed above, which were registered in April 2001 and November 2002.

 

The review of these unit standards is planned to take place during 2005.

Reason for the revision

 

As part of a strategic review of electronics unit standards and qualifications, unit standards in the lapsing subfield of Electronics Technology have been reclassified.  This revision is to reclassify a number of unit standards not covered elsewhere.

 

Main changes resulting from the revision

 

·        The unit standards are reclassified to Subfield Electronic Engineering, Domain Electronics Technology.

·        References in special notes of two unit standards have been updated.

·        Minor formatting changes have been made to special notes.

·        The expiry date for all the unit standards has been set at December 2005.
