The Ministry of Education and the Secondary Education Group Assessment business unit of NZQA requested a correction to the achievement standard listed above that was registered in November 2003.

 

Date version re-published                        27 October 2004

 

Nature of the correction

 

The word "thorough" was replaced by "through".  The criterion for Merit now reads.

 

·               Demonstrate well-developed aural skills through competent and secure transcription and notation of music.
