Revision of Printing qualification

 

National Certificate in Printing (Digital Printing) (Level 3) [Ref: 1037]

 

The Printing & Allied Industries Training Council has revised the qualification listed above that was registered in July 2003.

 

Date new version published                        August 2005

 

The review of this qualification is planned to take place in 2007

 

Reason for the revision

 

The reason for the change was to address industry feedback regarding the scope of Elective 1.  The Elective was broadened to better meet the needs of learners and to give more flexibility to the qualification.

Change to structure and content

·      The domain Service Sector - Core Skills was added to the Elective 1.
