NZQA National Qualifications Services has decided that the unit standards listed above, which were registered in January 1997, February 1997, April 1997, April 1998, and December 1998 should have their period of registration extended and content updated.
The review of these unit standards is planned to take place during 2007.

Reason for the revision
The reason for the rollover and revision is to maintain the currency of the unit standards until they have been reviewed.
Main changes resulting from the revision
· Adjustment to the title of unit standard 10580 so that it reflects the outcomes expressed in the elements (see table below)
· Adjustments to ensure legislation is current and correctly cited
· Adjustments to ensure entry information is current and correctly cited
· Typographical and grammatical errors were corrected.
