Revision of Māori (Te Waharoa) qualification

 

National Certificate in Māori (Te Waharoa) (Level 2) [Ref: 0878]

 

NZQA Māori Qualifications Services has revised the qualification listed above that was registered in July 2001.

 

Date new version published   April 2006

 

The review of this qualification is planned to take place in 2009

 

Reason for the revision

 

The qualification has been updated to reflect the change of standard setting body name from 'National Standards Body – Māori' to 'NZQA Māori Qualifications Services', and to reflect current formatting requirements.

 

There have been no changes to structure or content as consultation with stakeholders had indicated the qualification was still fit for purpose.  As a result, the planned review date has been changed from July 2005 to June 2009.
