The New Zealand Sports Turf Industry Training Organisation decided that the unit standards listed above, which were registered in December 2000 and December 2003, should have their period of registration extended.
The unit standards in bold have also been revised.
The reason for the rollover is to maintain the currency of the unit standards until they have been reviewed following an industry future skills analysis exercise scheduled for 2006.
Standards 1164, 1167, 1168, and 1169 have had minor changes to update a Code of Practice, 1150 has had references and organisations updated, 1163 has had references to Occupational Safety and Health guidelines amended, and 1152, 1153, 1158, 1160, 1161, 1162, 1166, 1170-1172, 17955, and 20530-20533 have had minor typographical errors corrected.
The review of these unit standards is planned to take place during 2007.
