Revision and rollover of Electricity Supply – Power System Management unit standard 19477

The Electricity Supply Industry Training Organisation (ESITO) has revised the unit standard listed above, which was registered in February 2004.

 

The registration period was extended to align with the ESITO review schedule.  The review of this unit standard is planned to take place during 2009.

Reason for the revision

 

It was brought to the attention of ESITO that performance criteria 1.1 and 1.3 were identical.  The opportunity was also taken to clarify terminology within the unit standard.

 

Main changes resulting from the revision

 

·        Existing performance criterion 1.3 was deleted

·        All references to ‘enterprise’ were updated to read ‘industry’

·        Special Notes 3 and 4 were updated

·        Special Note 5 was added for the abbreviation EGR, which replaces CQO.
